For those lucky folks who were able to purchase our discounted half hour vouchers..here are a few frequently asked questions regarding this offer!

Q: I scored one of those sweet Groupon deal vouchers! How do I redeem it?

A: Whirlyball is reservation based so please call 770.998.6161 to schedule your court time!

Q: Whirlyball is generally only offered at hourly court rentals, can I still use my half hour voucher?

A: Yes, however we may need to slot your time before or after our existing parties on the date you request. Please remember that your booking date may not exceed 5 days from the time you book!  (If you call on a Monday then you must book for a slot before Sun.)

 Q: If I purchase two vouchers, can I use them to book for one hour within that 5 day period?

A:  Yes, providing we have the available time slot you will be able to pick your exact time within your 5 day window!

Q: Can I use the voucher with an existing booking thatI have upcoming?

A: Unfortunately our Groupon offer is a deep discounted voucher that cannot be used for previously booked events.

Q: Is there any way to purchase a package and use the voucher to add additional time?

A: It is possible to add your voucher to a NEW party if you are a Groupon purchaser. Please keep in mind our 5 day booking policy and ask your coordinator to run through all of the details.
